1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Bridgeway Church collects, uses, and protects personal information through the Bridgeway Church Parent+ App (“the App”), which operates using technology licensed from Amazing Life Foundation, a nonprofit based in Collin County, Texas.

By using the App, you consent to this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

  • Name, email address, and optional phone number when creating an account or contacting us.

  • Submissions through in-app forms (e.g., volunteer sign-ups, messages, prayer requests).

  • Device type, operating system, and App version.

  • Approximate location (city or region only).

c. Information from Amazing Life Foundation

Amazing Life may provide aggregate analytics to your church to improve App performance. Amazing Life does not sell or use user data for advertising.

  • Comply with legal obligations.

We never sell or rent personal information.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

We process data on the basis of consent, legitimate interests (in ministry and communications), and legal compliance.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is family-oriented and used under parental guidance. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us at hello@bridgewaykokomo.com for deletion.

Data is stored on secure servers operated by Amazing Life or its authorized providers. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
